CLEARR
Pay a stranger's bill. Straight to the bill company.

You never see anyone's account details.
Your money pays the bill. Not a bank account.
Clearr isn't live yet. This is how we're building it.
- Verified bills
- Every bill will be checked before it's listed. The name and account details have to match the person's ID. No real bill, no listing.
- Paid to the company
- You'll pay once, with a Clearr reference. Our regulated payment partner pays each energy, broadband or phone company against the account. You never see anyone's account details, and nobody gets handed cash.
- Light ID checks
- People asking for help will do a quick ID check with their first bill. Enough to stop fakes, not enough to feel like an interrogation.
- Monthly limits
- One bill per person per month, up to a set amount, so help reaches more households.
- Proof it's paid
- You'll get a paid confirmation for every bill you clear, and a running total of the bills you've clearred on your profile.
Bills are the problem. People aren't.
